Intense blue — for expressive eyes! Blue-black No. 2 is black with a blue sheen that adds depth to the tinting result. Ideal for anyone who wants “more” than ordinary black. RefectoCil gives a beautiful, intense, long-lasting result when tinting eyelashes and eyebrows. Tinted lashes look visibly longer and more curved. The tint emphasizes and lengthens short lashes, compensating for untreated hairs, and brightens and refreshes eyebrows and lashes that have begun to turn grey. Dark eyebrows are more beautiful and intensely defined, giving your eyes expression and life even without makeup. The shade provides full, even coverage, is waterproof and lasts up to 6 weeks. Best results are achieved with regular tinting, as the color penetrates the lashes and keeps them strongly colored for longer. Contents: 15 ml, sufficient for approximately 30 applications. Read the directions for use. Blue-black No. 2 is a black shade with a subtle blue shimmer that adds depth and extra shine, creating a sparkling blue-black style. A black shade that gives each hair a bluish sparkle. Can be mixed with all 8 other RefectoCil shades. Waterproof, does not fade. Lasts up to 6 weeks. Directions — blue-black #2. Step 1: Preparation. Remove contact lenses. Clean the eye area with makeup remover. Use RefectoCil silicone eye pads (reusable) or protective paper for eyelash and eyebrow tinting according to the instructions. Step 2: Mix and apply. Immediately before application, mix 2 cm of tint with 15–20 drops of 3% cream developer until a smooth cream texture is obtained. Then apply evenly to eyebrows and eyelashes in the direction of hair growth. Step 3: Processing time. Eyelashes: 10 minutes. Eyebrows: 10 minutes. Step 4: Done! At the end of the processing time, once the desired shade is reached, remove residual tint with cotton pads and water. Tips and tricks: If RefectoCil Blonde Brow cream (for lightening eyebrows) was previously used, the processing time is shortened by 1–5 minutes. Allergy test: We recommend an allergy test before the first use and after long periods without eyelash and eyebrow tinting.
