Description

Product description

Brilliant black No. 1 eyelash and eyebrow tint 15 ml by Refectocil is a quality eyebrow tint product intended for use according to the product’s purpose and the manufacturer’s instructions.

Brilliant black No. 1 is especially recommended for tinting the eyelashes and eyebrows of clients with black or dark brown hair, for a particularly beautiful, fashionable black shade! Brilliant black eyelashes and eyebrows. Can be mixed with all 8 other RefectoCil shades. Waterproof, does not fade. Lasts up to 6 weeks. Directions — black #1. Step 1: Preparation. Remove contact lenses. Clean the eye area with makeup remover. Use RefectoCil silicone eye pads (reusable) or protective paper for eyelash and eyebrow tinting according to the instructions. Step 2: Mix and apply. Immediately before application, mix 2 cm of tint with 15–20 drops of 3% cream developer until a smooth cream texture is obtained. Then apply evenly to eyebrows and eyelashes in the direction of hair growth. Step 3: Processing time. Eyelashes: 10 minutes. Eyebrows: 10 minutes. Step 4: Done! At the end of the processing time, once the desired shade is reached, remove residual tint with cotton pads and water. Tips and tricks: If RefectoCil Blonde Brow cream (for lightening eyebrows) was previously used, the processing time is shortened by 1–5 minutes. Allergy test: We recommend an allergy test before the first use and after long periods without eyelash and eyebrow tinting.

  • Clear, convenient information for professional selection
  • Suitable for use according to the product type: eyebrow tint
  • Clearly identifiable packaging
Directions for use

For professional use only, 16 years and older. Wear suitable gloves. Can cause severe allergic reactions. Do not dye if you have a rash on your face or a sensitive, irritated, or damaged scalp, or if you have previously experienced a reaction to hair or eyelash dye, or to a temporary black henna tattoo. Temporary black henna tattoos may increase the risk of allergy. If the product comes into contact with eyes, rinse immediately.

Clean the eye area thoroughly and protect the eyelid with suitable RefectoCil eye protection papers. Mix the dye with RefectoCil Oxidant Cream 3% or Oxidant Liquid 3% in a 1:1 weight ratio, for example, 0.5g of each. Apply with a brush in the direction of hair growth; for eyelashes, apply from base to tip. Leave on for 5–10 minutes depending on the desired intensity. Remove with a damp pad. When dyeing eyelashes, remove the protection papers and clean again by rinsing the eyes. After using Blonde Brow, the processing time is 1–5 minutes; after an eyelash lift, it is two minutes.

Allergy test: Perform 48 hours before each use. In a non-metallic bowl, mix the RefectoCil dye and 3% oxidant in a 1:1 ratio. Using a cotton swab, apply a thin layer the size of a pea to a 2x2 cm area on the inside of the forearm. Leave uncovered for 45 minutes without touching or contact with clothing, then rinse with water and pat dry. If itching, redness, swelling, or any other change occurs during the test or within the following 48 hours, rinse immediately, refrain from use, and consult a physician. A successful test does not guarantee that an allergic reaction will not occur in the future.

Contains phenylenediamines (toluenediamines).
