Step 1 Wash the hair twice with a neutral shampoo to open the hair fiber, and then dry thoroughly.

Step 2 Divide the hair into four sections. Use gloves during application.

Step 3 Apply a generous amount of pH CYSTEINE+ to the hair, staying 0.5 cm away from the scalp, and comb through with a fine-toothed comb. In case of damaged hair, apply pH CYSTEINE+ only up to the start of the damaged area, and gently pull the remainder of the product left on the comb towards the ends.

Step 4 Roll each quarter of the hair from the ends toward the roots into a coil shape (like a snail), applying gentle tension, and secure with a clip. Recommended processing time: 60–70 minutes.

Step 5 Rinse the hair thoroughly with water only.

Step 6 Dry the hair completely.

Step 7 Straighten the hair fiber using professional straightening techniques.

Step 8 Wash the hair with a salt-free shampoo, then apply a salt-free mask and leave on for 5–10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and dry.

Step 9 To finish, apply a treatment serum to the hair.
