Conditions for canceling a transaction

Just before you cancel a transaction, we invite you to contact us. If you still decide to cancel, fill in your details in the form below and we will contact you as soon as possible.

A. Transaction cancellation will be done within 14 days of receiving the product, or the disclosure document, whichever is later.

B. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, for canceling the transaction you will be charged a cancellation fee at the rate of 5% or 100 NIS, whichever is lower. third. The product will be returned as much as possible in its original packaging.

D. The company will give the consumer a copy of the credit notice that the business gave to the credit company.

E. It is not possible to cancel a purchase of lost products, products that were made especially for the consumer, as well as products that can be recorded, copied and duplicated that the consumer has opened their original packaging.
