Shipping

Shipping is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.

Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon. Orders you place with Yofeely late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Sunday.

Please allow an additional 1-2 days Proccesing time.

Delivery cost is based on Weight, shipping cost will be calculated in the checkout.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

We apologize for the missing item in your order. Before reaching out to our Customer Care team, please take a moment to check the following:

  • We may have sent your items in separate packages. Please check your emails to see if any items will arrive separately.
  • You can also check if your order has been split into multiple packages by visiting the 'My Orders' section.

Please rest assured that if we have made a mistake we will correct it immediately, we will send you the missing item right away if it is the case.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

yofeely.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
