Description
Propolis gel is designed to improve the hygiene conditions of poorly ventilated skin areas. Increased water availability tends to trigger an inflammatory response in the skin due to increased evaporation overnight, resulting in excessive redness and discomfort. Propolis, a bee hive product collected and processed by bees, is used as an environmental hygiene conditioner for the hives to raise the next generation of bees. Propolis gel provides gentle protection for sensitive skin prone to redness. Seed oils (jojoba, squalane), phytosterols and triglycerides strengthen the skin's lipid barrier. Skin-soothing botanicals such as: calendula flowers, aloe vera gel 1, garden berry sprouts, honeysuckle and tapioca starch work in synergy with a unique soothing complex of magnesium and potassium with the amino acid aspartate - together increasing the skin's resistance to stress.
