Do not dye if there is a rash on the face or if the scalp is sensitive, irritated, or damaged, or if there has been a previous reaction to hair or eyelash dye, or to a temporary black henna tattoo. Temporary black henna tattoos may increase the risk of allergy. Rinse eyes immediately if the product comes into contact with them.

Cleanse the eye area thoroughly and protect the eyelid using suitable RefectoCil eye protection papers. Mix the dye with Oxidant Cream 3% or Oxidant Liquid 3% in a 1:1 weight ratio, for example 0.5g of each. Apply with a brush in the direction of hair growth; for eyelashes, apply from base to tip. Leave on for 10 minutes. Remove with a damp pad. When dyeing eyelashes, also remove the eye protection papers and clean again by rinsing the eyes. After using Blonde Brow, the processing time is 1–5 minutes; after a lash lift, two minutes.

Allergy test: Perform 48 hours before each use. In a non-metallic dish, mix the dye and RefectoCil 3% oxidant in a 1:1 ratio. Using a cotton swab, apply a thin layer the size of a pea to a 2×2 cm area on the inside of the forearm. Leave uncovered for 45 minutes without touching or clothing contact, then rinse with water and pat dry. If itching, redness, swelling, or any other change occurs during the test or in the 48 hours following, rinse immediately, do not use, and consult a physician. A negative test result does not guarantee that an allergic reaction will not occur in the future.
