  • Shipping & Delivery

    Standard international shipping (10-21 business days). Please be patient. We also offer standard shipping with Eco Post ( 5 business days). EMS Expedited delivery is also available to selected Countries (2-5 business days). We usually ship within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. We ship by registered mail only.We provide a tracking number for every shipment.

    We pack the item very carefully to make sure It will arrive safely. Packages are sent via airmail. Standard airmail can take up to 21 business days to  reach its destination. Please be patient :)

    - International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes

    - Contact your local authority for questions related to the amount of duties or taxes you will be responsible for

  • Returns & Replacements

    If you are not satisfied with your product(s( for any reason, you may request a return within 15 calendar days of delivery. To do so, please submit a support ticket requesting the return or replacement. Our support agents will guide you through the Return Merchandise Authorization process. While you don't have to specify a reason, we would certainly appreciate your feedback. Once your package is received and checked to verify that warranties are still valid, we will issue a full refund or a replacement for all eligible product(s).
    Please note that all products must be new and unopened to be elligible for refunds. To qualify for a replacement or refund, product must be in "as new" condition and, if possible, with the original sealed packaging intact. Accessories must be sealed in their original packaging. If the accessory is returned for no reason, then we will deduct the return shipping fee from the returned amount. 

  • Ordering

    Orders placed with Ground Shipping (Monday through Friday, selecting FREE SHIPPING) are subject to a 1-business day processing time. Please allow 2 business days for these orders to be processed and shipped from our Warehouse, Netanya, Israel. 

    Orders placed with an expedited shipping method (Eco Post and EMS) before 12:00pm Israel Standard Time (Monday - Friday) will be processed and shipped on the same business day.  Expedited orders must be shipped to a physical address (no PO Boxes) for delivery timelines to be guaranteed. Expedited orders submitted on Saturday, Sunday or recognized national holidays will ship on the next business day.

  • Payment

    We accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover and PayPal.

    We do not accept payment by check, money order, COD or bank transfer.

  • Viewing Orders

    To view the status of any order or to view open, past or pending Orders, please visit the My Account section of this website. You can see the My Account link at the top right of any page. You can see your order status by selecting "Order History" or "Invoice History" on the left navigation and search for the order in question. You will see a column titled "Order Status".

  • Updating Account Information

    You can update your account information at any time by visiting the My Account section of the website (look for the link at top-right of any page).  Select "Personal Information" to update your password.  To update your billing address, please visit "Address Book" link on the left navigation.
